How to Use

Technical Notes

This tool is built with HTML5 Canvas API and webpxmux library. Static images are converted to WebP via Canvas; animated GIFs are decoded frame-by-frame and encoded to animated WebP using webpxmux. All processes are completed locally in your browser.
