GIF Maker is a free online tool that combines multiple static images or animated GIFs into a single animated GIF. Drag to reorder frames, set per-frame delay, customize output size and quality, and preview in real-time. GIF files are automatically split into individual frames. All processing happens locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server.

How to Use

1. 1Drag images or GIF files to the upload area, or click to select
2. 2GIF files are automatically split into individual frames
3. 3Drag frames in the list to reorder them
4. 4Click the delay value below each frame to edit it
5. 5Adjust output size, default delay, quality and loop settings in the panel
6. 6Preview updates automatically as you change settings
7. 7Click 'Generate GIF' to export the final file
