Audio Editor FAQ

Will my audio be uploaded to a server?
No. Editing, preview and export run locally in your browser.
Which audio formats are supported?
The tool tries to recognize common audio formats with the browser and ffmpeg.wasm, and offers MP3, WAV, M4A and OGG export options.
Can I export multiple clips?
Yes. Batch export saves each clip separately and downloads them as a ZIP file.
Can I recover my previous edit?
Yes. The tool saves clip and export settings locally, then restores the project when you select the same source file again.
Why are large files slower?
Audio transcoding runs inside the browser, so larger files use more memory and CPU. Files under 200 MB and 2 hours are recommended.
